Each session is tailored to the individual or group setting, using a variety of approaches including Dr Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry (CI) and Dr Janina Fisher's Trauma Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST). I work one to one and with groups both in person or online. Organisational therapeutics Using a variety of embodied experiential tools and techniques, workshops and tailor made sessions aim to explore and tackle different issues to enhance wellbeing. It's these challenging times, helping staff to manage complex situations in work and personal lives, leads to a more positive environment and greater productivity. There are a number of take home practices to help maintain gains made during the supervised sessions. |
