The next Trauma & Resilience
The wonder of TRE®
Do you have stress, tension, back pain, anxiety? Emotional repetitive patterns that don't shift?
We are too good these days as a species at suppressing emotions, stifling movement, and feeling - and this leads to excess energy being trapped in our bodies.
Too much repressed energy - and chronic emotional and physical tension patterns, illness and mental distress are the result.
This can be shifted by activating the body's natural tremor mechanism.
We offer private and group sessions, guiding people to activate their tremor.
TRE® engenders a sense of calm, helps with sleep, back pain, stiffness, anger, depression, shifts physical ailments and helps resolve stuck emotional patterns. The uses for TRE® are myriad.
Created by Dr David Berceli, TRE®'s simple series of exercises is designed to activate the body's natural tremor mechanism.
"My TRE miracle is that my back pain left on the first session and hasn't returned."

During lockdown, I received a grant from Africalia as part of their Creativity is Life project to reflect on the response to Covid-19 & to conceive the "world of tomorrow."
Working with, text, collage and artist interviews, I came up with this . Many thanks to Africalia for providing me with this opportunity to focus on creativity and to connect with other imaginative and visionary artists and thinkers.
Watch this space for a series of views and opinions from wonderful thinkers and do-ers on moving forward, and what is important to shift to create a healthier and more connected "world of tomorrow".
As part of an anthology created by the International Literary Festival, Berlin, I went to Kakuma refugee camp in Northern Kenya to write about the refugee situation there.
My vision is to continue to document stories from the camps, and to bring TRE® and relevant somatic trauma relieving practices to such places to help mitigate the great stress of long term existence in the camps - an amalgam of two passions.
