TESTIMONIALS
"For the first time in years, my head has quietened down, and isn't shouting at me" |
![]() During lockdown, I received a grant from Africalia as part of their Creativity is Life project to reflect on the response to Covid-19 & to conceive the "world of tomorrow." Working with, text, collage and artist interviews, I came up with this . Many thanks to Africalia for providing me with this opportunity to focus on creativity and to connect with other imaginative and visionary artists and thinkers. Watch this space for a series of views and opinions from wonderful thinkers and do-ers on moving forward, and what is important to shift to create a healthier and more connected "world of tomorrow". ![]() Refugees Worldwide
As part of an anthology created by the International Literary Festival, Berlin, I went to Kakuma refugee camp in Northern Kenya to write about the refugee situation there. My vision is to continue to document stories from the camps, and to bring TRE® and relevant somatic trauma relieving practices to such places to help mitigate the great stress of long term existence in the camps - an amalgam of two passions. |
